Q. How much are tickets?

A. Round trip tickets prices range from $55 - $75, and all one way tickets are $40. For more specific information, go here.

Q: How do I get in contact with Gray Line of Nashville?

A. You can call us at (615) 883-5555 or you can visit us at our office at 2416 Music Valley Drive, Suite 102 Nashville, TN 37214.

Q. Is Gray Line of Nashville the same company that has offers charter busses and sightseeing tours in Nashville?

A. Yes. We are the same company.Our company is the leading motor-coach company in Nashville and one of the largest in the country. We pride ourselves in having the best in service and equipment to make certain that our customers are comfortable and arrive safely and on time.

Q. Do I have to get a round trip ticket, or can I just purchase a one-way ticket?

A. You may purchase either a round trip ticket or a one-way ticket.

Q. Has Gray Line of Nashville done a Thanksgiving Shuttle in the past?

A. No. We are testing this idea out, and if you like it we will do it again for Christmas, and for other trips when students want to head back and forth to Nashville.

Q. What if I want to go from Memphis to Atlanta, or from Chattanooga to Memphis?

A. We aren’t offering those routes at this time. If you tell us that there is a need for this, we will try to add it for the next holiday (Christmas).

Q. Why is the Thanksgiving Shuttle only going to four cities?

A. Our research indicates that most out of town students at Nashville colleges are from Memphis and Atlanta. These are cities that are a comfortable driving distance from Nashville, so we thought that we’d give it a shot.

Q. Do I have to be student to ride the Thanksgiving Shuttle?

A. No. Non-students can purchase tickets too.

Q. Why are pick up locations different than drop off locations?

A. Since we’ve designed this service to meet the needs of the students, we want to pick up at locations that students could easily get to and drop off at locations that would be convenient and safe for getting a ride home.

Q. What if there are a group of students that would like to be picked up at a university not listed in the p/u or d/o location list?

A.We tried to make the pick up locations convenient, but if that’s the case just send us an email or give us a call, and we’ll see if we can accommodate.

Q. Are you doing this for Christmas too?

A. We hope so. If enough of you ask us to, we’ll do it.

Q. How do I get my bus ticket?

A.You can buy your ticket on this website, or give our office a call and we’ll help you out.

Q. Will there be food served on the bus?

A. No. Feel free to bring along easy to manage refreshments, but plan to share with the driver (those guys get hungry on the road.)

Q. How long has Gray Line of Nashville been in business?

A. We’ve been in business for more than 30 years.

Q. What type of busses will we be riding on?

A. Our coaches are the top of the line Prevost H45’s (complete with rims and a killer sound system).

Q. Are tickets refundable? Can I swap tickets if I change my mind?

A. Tickets will be refundable and changeable up until the day prior to departure.
