Legal and Passenger Policy

Baggage

Carry on baggage must not be larger than 18" by 18". Baggage that is larger than that cannot be taken on the coach without manager's approval. The bags will not be allowed to be put in the baggage compartments. Gray Line of Nashville reserves the right to inspect all baggage. Gray Line of Nashville will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged baggage or property brought on the coach.

Identification

All passengers should have a picture identification on them. Gray Line of Nashville reserves the right to ask for picture identification for security reasons.

Vehicles

Gray Line of Nashville is not responsible for vehicles left in the pick up and drop off locations. Gray Line of Nashville will not be held responsible for any damage to any vehicle in any of the parking lots. Passengers will need to make their own parking arrangements.

Alcohol and Smoking

Smoking and Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the motor-coach.

Refunds

Gray Line of Nashville will not honor refunds for the shuttle service. Credit toward another departure can be granted in case of emergency. Please call the office for additional information.
